Dynamic Learning Sets offer a blended learning approach to executive development by exploring leading-edge management development research and creating a stimulating and innovative environment. It will give you a clearer insight into your style and approach, extending and developing your leadership and management style.

The Dynamic Learning Set is based around 9 x 1 day sessions comprised of:

Discussions and presentations on cutting edge leadership thinking and practice

Opportunities to explore how this learning could work effectively in your organisation

Problem based learning where participants present live problems for analysis and resolution

Guided reading and critical analysis of current leadership and management issues

Structured learning journal that captures and measures learning during the dynamic learning set sessions

Self assessment and 360º feedback exercises to increase self awareness and insight

Participants need to commit to the whole 9 session programme in order to get the most from the experience and to ensure that other participants experience programme continuity
