Wendy is the managing director of 4-Health Limited and is a nationally recognised advisor to Public Sector Organisations and Charities. She works with organisations to develop strategies and operational systems and processes, and works as an architect of learning organisations helping to improve their corporate performance.

Wendy is an executive coach, offering insightful, personal and professional development coaching for leaders and senior managers.

Wendy is also an educationalist, with 20 years experience in education and training management and is a qualified Myers-Briggs step 1 and 2 practitioner.

She is also the author of several books and publications including "Make your Healthcare organisation a learning organisation (2003)" and "Statutory and mandatory training in health and social care (2005)"
