Professional Accredited Development Programmes
ILM Management Development Programmes provide a flexible pathway for individuals to develop their career through nationally recognised vocational qualifications. They provide the practical knowledge and skills necessary for effective management and leadership in modern organisations.
ILM Endorsed Programmes (approved by ILM)
ILM Endorsed programmes enable organisations to gain external validation and recognition for their own programmes which have been specifically designed to support their specific organisational needs and tailored to their own internal systems and practices. The key requirement of these programmes is that the programme is based on management and/or leadership development relevant to that organisation.
ILM recognises the value of these programmes as a means of raising management capability in a way that differs from the standard offering provided by awarding bodies. In effect, ILM is approving and monitoring the quality of the programme, whilst giving total flexibility in its design to the organisation.
ILM certificates the participants who undertake the programmes, thereby providing them with the benefit of recognition from a leading professional and awarding body.

I wanted to say once again, how much I have appreciated the opportunity to take part in this course. I feel I have gained a lot of knowledge and learnt from yours and Wendys wealth of experience which will support me in my work role for years to come. Being able to continue the course whilst on maternity leave has been good as it has allowed me a great opportunity to reflect on how I approach things at work.
