Since completing the Executive Leader Development Programme I am more aware of the responsibilities of my role, I have greater insight and understanding into what make the organisation and my team tick.  I feel I am more tolerant and display greater political awareness in meetings with senior colleagues.  I am now able to draw on a number of different approaches/skills/tools in which to deal with situations rather than the usual one and hoped that it worked!!!

Being able to continue the course whilst on maternity leave has been good as it has allowed me a great opportunity to reflect on how I approach things at work.
