This unique personal development programme supports managers wishing to   develop an NHS career and operate at a higher level, and is based around five interlinked workshops that cover

 1  Developing Self Confidence and Professional Credibility

This session includes a personal skills audit, 12 steps to improving self-esteem, combating negative comparisons and exploring impostor syndrome, it concludes with the delegate creating a personal action plan that identifies and builds on their signature strengths in the following workshops.

 2  Improving Personal Effectiveness

Delegates explore ways to develop professional credibility with peers, building and using contact networks, setting personal boundaries using assertiveness and time management and defining their optimum life/work balance

 3  Becoming a High Calibre Communicator

This skill development session offers practical advice, tools and mechanisms that define high calibre communication including: articulating ideas, influencing others, analysing argument and formulating opinion, effective negotiation, thinking on your feet and controlling meetings and briefings

 4  Improving Personal Presentation Skills

This session is unusual as it enables each delegate to explore how their personal image is perceived by others, they go through a "stock-take", identify signature strengths, receive an image and “Wardrobe Power” consultation  and consider how best to "package" their new self

 5  Making Career Changes

This session is focused on the delegates career aspirations and explores developing a life/career strategy, setting career goals, creating a new regime and modelling behavioural change.
